My Done-With-You Services are 1:1 sessions where we work together troubleshooting the parts of TravelJoy that are slowing down your process. We'll create an action plan that will get you through the first or final stages of your TravelJoy Set Up.

WORKFLOW MAPPING
You can build amazing trips for your clients, but often feel overwhelmed with the process. Get rid of the overwhelm and get a custom Client Management Process.
During a 90-minute one-on-one Zoom session, we'll work together to build your Client Management Process. You'll have each of your steps planned out from the Initial Trip Inquiry to After Travel Follow-Up, as well as the elements you need to complete each step.
Within 48 hours of our meeting, you'll be sent a recording of your session, your Workflow Map, and a list of all the emails, forms, waivers, and agreements you need for your Client Management Process.

What services do you provide?
I help travel advisors with their systems set up: getting your CRM platform set up and customized to work for your business. My services can be Done For You (I do all the work) or Done With You (you do the work after a planning/tutoring session with me). I work specifically with TravelJoy but am also familiar with VacationCRM, Vacation Creations, Honeybook, and Dubsado. Don't see your system of choice? Send me a message as my list is always growing.
What is your turn around time?
This varies by the package you need, but an average TravelJoy setup with 2 workflows is around 2 weeks AFTER I have all the information needed to start the process. Email automation is typically 5 days AFTER I have all of your branding, copy, and account information. On average, it takes agents a week to get all of their information to me.
What do you need from me?
For Done With You Sessions I'll need : your fee and booking agreements, questions you’d like on your forms, terms & conditions, custom emails that you would like to use ( I can create the emails you need that you may not already have written), brand colours, logos and any custom images you would like to use (like headshots for your email signature). Also, you'll need to be available for your Workflow Mapping Session (90-minutes) and your Send Off Session (60 minutes).
For Done with You services, I'll need you to come prepared with your questions and the areas of your TravelJoy account you'd like to work on.
